The newly renovated 15,000 square foot building has allowed 2K Networking to custom build a secure Data Center to meet the evolving technology demands of customers throughout the Central Pa. region. The Lemoyne-based headquarters has been renovated into individual zones of security that are protected by infrared motion sensors, state of the art surveillance, and fingerprint biometrics. The most secure portion of the building — the new Data Center — was custom built with multiple layers of security, redundancy and continuity including an advanced fire suppression system in the event of an emergency. With the addition of the new Data Center, 2K Networking has the ability to offer customers a cloud solution where they can easily access their data from anywhere, while that data and equipment is housed in a secure, resilient facility.“2K’s cloud solution was designed and built with our customers’ business needs in mind. We offer a full business class solution that is unique and scalable beyond traditional cloud hosting services. All of this is now available in our secure Data Center which provides unparalleled accessibility, data protection and peace of mind in case of a disaster,” said Glenn Pepo, president and CEO of 2K Networking. “Companies throughout the region are evaluating ways of increasing their business continuity and recovery options in the event of an emergency such as a fire, flood or hardware failure. We now have the capability and technology to offer those solutions.”Both clients of 2K Networking and the local community will benefit from this new space. For clients, the building will include an on-site Solution Center where they will have the opportunity to have hands-on experiences with the latest technology — 2K Networking’s partners, like Alteva, can help explain how this technology can be used to increase efficiencies in business. “2K Networking is a phenomenal partner helping their customers develop and prepare business continuity plans. We’re proud to partner with 2K Networking as they open their Solution Center,” said Bill Birnie, CMO, Alteva. “Disaster recovery can be difficult to visualize, but the 2K Networking Solution Center will help customers understand where points of failure are in planning for disaster, and incremental benefits from new technology. Our inherently redundant HD Voice communications solution is a natural fit for the 2K Networking Solution Center. We have the same passion for delivering best-in-class solutions and providing the greatest possible value for our clients and partners.” For more information about Alteva, please call 877-258-3821.
