Carousel Industries and Level 3 Announce Strategic Partnership to Develop and Extend Managed Services and Cloud Based Offerings to Enterprise Customers

Through the new strategic alliance, Carousel provides IT managed services and capabilities to support Level 3’s portfolio of business solutions ranging from Unified Communications and hosted video to cloud and data services for its enterprise customers.

Carousel, which maintains longstanding relationships with leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Avaya, Juniper Networks, Polycom and others, has developed a robust managed services offering through its SmartPoint program, helping companies achieve network efficiency while remaining focused on strategic business objectives. Together, the two companies will offer complete solutions to the issues facing enterprises today.

Carousel will deliver Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) to customers and connect them directly to Level 3’s network and  range of managed services via its SmartPoint program. Additionally, through its Network Operations Center (NOC), Carousel is able to offer 24/7/365 network monitoring as well as providing a vast network of manufacturer certified engineers to provide expert installation and maintenance.
