Consilium UniCloud™ Certified as Cisco Compatible Under the Cisco Solution Partner Program

Consilium Software, has announced that Consilium UniCloud™, a unified cloud fulfillment platform, has successfully achieved Cisco Compatible status with Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Cisco Unity Connection 11.5.  The Internet of Everything (IoE) continues to bring together people, processes, data and things to enhance the relevancy of network connections.  As a member of the Cisco® Solution Partner Program, Consilium Software is able to quickly create and deploy solutions to enhance the capabilities, performance and management of the network to capture value in the IoE.

Consilium UniCloud™ is a multi-tenant platform for enterprises and service providers which transform the delivery, management and integration of collaboration and contact center solutions, for both, cloud and on-premise deployment models.  Service providers use Consilium UniCloud™ for cloud fulfillment, multi-tenancy and service automation. UniCloud™ orchestration reduces the time and effort for onboarding a new customer, provisioning of users and agents or migration and also provides centralized management of the resources, including REST API functions for billing, metering and reporting.

“An important aspect of this platform is that it has been developed in consultation with enterprise customers and UCaaS service providers over a 6-year evolution and offers a unified platform to manage both unified communication and contact center as a service,” said Pramod Ratwani, Founder and CEO of Consilium Software.

The Cisco Solution Partner Program, part of the Cisco Partner Ecosystem, unites Cisco with third-party independent hardware and software vendors to deliver integrated solutions to joint customers. As a Preferred Solution Partner, Consilium Software has achieved Cisco compatibility certification with at least one solution and can provide its customers with 24-hour, 7-days-a-week customer support.
