Cooley Inks Deal to Move NYC Office to 55 Hudson Yards

Global law firm to be at epicenter of Manhattan’s future HQ of business, tech and innovation
New York – July 31, 2017 – Cooley has signed a lease that will move its New York office to 55 Hudson Yards, at the heart of what is the largest private real estate development in US history and the biggest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center. In doing so, Cooley will enjoy flagship state-of-the-art office space among many of the biggest names in business and tech. Hudson Yards site includes more than 18 million square feet of commercial and residential space, state-of-the-art office towers, more than 100 shops and a collection of restaurants. Positioned at the intersection of Hudson Yards, the High Line and Hudson Park & Boulevard, 55 Hudson Yards is one of the few office buildings in the entire city that opens directly onto a park.
