Internally, GLOBALINX has promoted Jeremy Kewin to the position of Premier Account Manager, while the company has brought Kristine Case on board as Senior Manager of Sales Support. Previously, Jeremy was an integral part of the ANS (Advanced Network Services) team at GLOBALINX, and will carry strong technical and support backgrounds into his new position supporting agents and customers alike. New addition Kristine Case comes to GLOBALINX with over 16 years of industry experience from Global Crossing/Level 3. Prior to her arrival, Kristine served as Director of Pricing for Wholesale Service at Level 3, and led a team of analysts that supported over 500 carrier customers and over 200 sales managers. Her broad background with customer support, pricing, product and analysis will be ideal in her new role.
