Nextiva Receives Certification from Great Place to Work®

Company Recognized by Analysts for Great Workplace Environment and Unique Company Culture

Scottsdale, Arizona – September 1, 2016 – Nextiva (, an industry-leading cloud communications provider, announced today that it has been certified as a great workplace by independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Nextiva earned its credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees via anonymous surveys.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. Their Recognition Program and certifications are based on anonymous survey responses from the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© and information provided by the company in the the Culture Brief to analyze each organization and capture its employees’ workplace experience. Companies are rated base on the quality of their Challenges, Atmosphere, Rewards, Pride, Communication, and Bosses.

Based on the 261 Great Place to Work® Trust Index© employee surveys submitted, 89% of employees say Nextiva is a great place to work. Furthermore, employees rated Nextiva 97% for great atmosphere, 96% for great challenges and pride in the organization, and 94% for great bosses and great communication.
