Cloud Communications Alliance to Host Gathering of Telecommunications Industry Leaders

First Quarterly Meeting of 2013 Will Provide Members With Unique Networking and Other Opportunities

Delray Beach, Fla., Jan. 8, 2013 – The Cloud Communications Alliance (CCA), the only industry peer association specifically dedicated to the advancement of cloud communications technologies, announced today that it will host its first quarterly meeting of 2013 in February, providing current and interested members with a unique opportunity to meet and network with their peers. The meeting will supply industry leaders with a forum to discuss key issues impacting the current state and future of telecommunications in the cloud -- and the chance to help shape that future.

The meeting will include a full slate of activities designed to promote collaboration, camaraderie and learning among CCA members. In addition to a Board of Directors meeting, the event will feature several working sessions designed to give members the opportunity to discuss several important topics, including the advancement cloud communications standards and best practices, promoting the benefits of cloud communications solutions to enterprises and more. The meeting will also provide members with opportunities to make valuable connections with others in the industry and participate in leisure activities such as fishing, golf and sailing.

“Our quarterly meeting is a unique place for our members to come together and discuss important factors that are directly impacting our industry and their businesses,” said Joseph Marion, president, CCA. “It provides members with access to some of the best minds in the business and is one of the key benefits of membership and the CCA’s main growth driver.  We’re looking forward to seeing all of our members in Florida next month.”

The CCA is comprised of 27 leading communications companies, each of which helps arm organizations with the most advanced cloud communications solutions. These solutions include voice, data and video services that give customers HD voice and video over a combination of the latest IP network technology and cloud unified communication features.

The CCA quarterly meeting will take place Feb. 4 – 6 at the Hyatt Hotel in Clearwater, Fla.
