SLOVAK TELEKOM AND BROADSOFT COLLABORATE TO DELIVER NEW BUSINESS UC SERVICES

Major Slovak telecom operator debuts ‘Magenta Connect’ leveraging UC-One® and BroadWorks® platform for SME and enterprise customers. GAITHERSBURG, MD and BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA – June 30, 2016 – BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT), a global unified communication as a service (UCaaS) leader, today announced that Slovak Telekom (ST) has chosenBroadSoft’s UC-One to provide its new cloud-based UC solution. Magenta Connect, powered by the BroadWorks platform and UC-One services, is among the first complete, fully converged communications and collaboration offerings for the Slovak market. This is the latest milestone in ST’s long-term use of BroadSoft software and a critical component of its evolving business services strategy. The launch of Magenta Connect introduces a broad set of UC features to new and existing customers. These include mobile applications, instant messaging and presence, audio and video collaboration, desktop and file sharing, and advanced voice features.
