In the report, UCaaS Scorecard: North America, Star2Star is ranked in the top 10 of North American providers. The ranking is based on an aggregate score of five factors, including installed base, financial stability, market strategy, service development, and support options. Star2Star ranked seventh overall and fourth in terms of seat market share.

Star2Star rated well across the board and especially high on market strategy, service capabilities and support delivery. In the report, IHS notes that Star2Star “has had particular success in the mid-market with multi-locations with a strong presence in the retail space.” The report also notes that Star2Star has had a “growing interest from larger business.”
Star2Star’s channel-based sales strategy is also cited in the report as a key to the company’s ongoing success.
