Yealink Announces Partnership with VOIspeed on their Cloud based solution Cluana

Xiamen, China.(September 22nd, 2014) — Yealink, a global Top 3 SIP Phone Supplier, has teamed up with VOIspeed, the innovative Italian company which is now offering a new cloud-based service to small-to-medium-sized businesses. Yealink’s IP phones, including the latest and most advanced T4-series, are fully-compatible with Cluana (www.cluana.com) and were recently praised by VOIspeed for their high performance standards. Cluana provides a free online platform allowing companies to create and manage multiple hosted phone systems that can connect any line, including analogue, ISDN and VoIP, and any telephone, including both analogue and modern IP phones. This is currently the only hosted-PBX to provide a failover facility to traditional lines where broadband service coverage is poor while still maintaining excellent audio quality. Since its first launch in 2001, VOIspeed technology has developed into an IP-based soft-PBX which can provide unified communication solutions that work for any business in the world. Cluana specifically breaks new ground in allowing resellers to offer a cloud-based service without the need of a contract and with a simple fixed-fee and flexible low-cost pricing model. It is primarily designed for SMEs wanting to move to internet telephony without the recurring problems that can happen with some VoIP connections. Commenting on the earlier confirmation of interoperability between the two companies, VOIspeed Director, Giuseppe Venturini, said VOIspeed has always received good feedback from its customers using Yealink IP phones. For this reason, VOIspeed has decided to extend interoperability across Yealink’s full range, including the T4-series. He added that Yealink offered an attractive balance between quality and price that fitted particularly well with Cluana and its core target market. The T4 incorporates up to 4.3 inch 480 x 272 pixel extra-large display screens and cutting-edge VoIP technology in action. It includes support for gigabit networks, USB Bluetooth support for easy Bluetooth earphone use and enhanced sound quality delivered by the Optima HD Voice system. This meets TIA 920 certification standards. “Combining Cluana with Yealink’s hardware creates a powerful proposition for resellers who are talking to small-and-medium-sized companies that want a simple low-cost and low-risk option for entry into internet telephony. The result is great flexibility in overcoming barriers and allowing enterprise businesses to enjoy the benefits of unified communication, while still retaining their old system architecture,” says Stone Lu, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Yealink Inc. “They also have no worries about the portability of numbers and know that they can rely on traditional lines as a fail-safe if anything should go wrong. We are very pleased to be part of this type of solution that brings the most advanced edge of communication to everybody. It really is a win-win situation and we look forward to work closely with VOIspeed in the future.” VOIspeed Ltd. is a subsidiary of TeamSystem Spa, a leading Italian Software House part of the London based Venture Capital Group 'HGCapital'. About VOIspeed VOIspeed's mission is to enable its customers to increase their business performance through flexible, reliable and highly innovative technology. The company's core activities focus on the development, manufacturing and distribution of VOIspeed IP Telephony Software. VOIspeed development began in 2001. Since then, the technology has incorporated the company’s growing experience into today’s system which powers cloud-base phone systems new and old.
