Yealink launches new Technical Support Platform

Xiamen, China – 5 May, 2015 – Yealink, the global leading unified communication (UC) terminal solution provider, is pleased to announce the launch of its Technical Support Platform The new platform will further raise satisfaction and improve interaction between Yealink and customers and service providers.

The Platform consists of three main modules: Download, FAQ and Forum. Together, they provide a simple and user-friendly interface encompassing a wide range of useful information and downloads. Yealink customers can easily and efficiently download, solve problems and provide feedback from anywhere at anytime through this One-Stop online infrastructure.

The Download section offers customers relevant material on all Yealink products. Available items include video information, datasheets, user guides, administrator guides and more. Customers can easily identify their products by browsing online pictures and/or model names. The FAQ section lists detailed instructions and solutions for common user questions. Customers can use the Forum to share stories, participate in Yealink polls, and offer comments and feedback.

The Platform’s powerful search engine provides customers quick access to the solution to their needs. By entering keywords into the search box, relevant information across all three modules is easily found. Customizing the search options allows for more specific searches.
