BluIP Announces First Carrier-Grade, Cloud-Based Full-Featured PBX for Hospitality

Leading Hotel Brands Already Launching Custom Features
Las Vegas, Nevada, May 13, 2013 – BluIP, Inc., a leading wholesale Broadsoft service provider, today announced the first and only cloud-based integration of a carrier-grade hosted VoIP platform with widely established cloud-based hospitality software platform.  BluIP has integrated their PBX system with SDD Inc.’s JAZZ Fusion software.  BluIP’s integration with the hospitality cloud software market leader enables hoteliers to deliver PBX and voice features from the cloud to hotel guests across one or many properties.

Integrators and their service providers can now offer a privately branded hotel voice solution as part of their voice service lines. The BluIP solution is already up and running in dozens of properties, including service to some of the world’s most popular hotel chains. “We saw a natural opportunity with hosted VoIP and JAZZ Fusion to provide a challenge to the status quo of on-premise, PBX, voice mail, call accounting, and IVR,” said Armen Martirosyan, CEO of BluIP. “The hospitality industry has been inaccessible to hosted VoIP/PBX solutions.  BluIP has now opened up the industry for service providers and integrators seeking a cloud based solution for hotels and resorts within their markets. BluIP seeks to white label the integrated cloud solution which can include voice, unified communications, presence and call center solutions to hospitality focused resellers and PBX channel vendors. “There is undoubtedly a need in the space as we’ve already white labeled this to several of the world largest broadband and telecommunications companies,” added Martirosyan.
