Here is a recap of the “Open Mic” meeting we had outside in beautiful Miami!  Great discussion!
  • Look into providing to the FCC a “letter of clarification” on Erate to drive priority 1 funding only from truly hosted providers – Owner – Armen
  • Identify and hire a dedicated Marketing superstar to help drive the following initiatives: - Owner – Dave and Josh and Jim
o   Direct industry pubs to CCA members for comments and stories on all possible related articles that we individually or collectively may have expertise o   Create White Papers to help position CCA as the thought leader and voice of the industry o   Coordinate with marketing team members from individual companies for synergies at trade shows and possible joint marketing at booths o   “CCA inside” type potential branding with members o   Hold our own workshops at Channel Partners and other shows o   Look at consolidated view and numbers of CCA members seats and revenue to drive respect as a cumulative alliance
  • Look at how we can drive apps through the power of Broadsoft API’s – Crisantos
  • Look into developing a WebRTC CCA App that could give us a key differentiator - Jonathan
  • Next meeting lets address Patent Trolls and Sales Strategies we see working and not working  - All
