Hovsepian to its Board of Advisors (BOA). Mr. Hovsepian is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Intralinks, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise content collaboration SaaS solutions. "I've known Ron since 1999 when our paths crossed at Internet Capital Group (ICG) where we were both Managing Directors and actually shared an office - a fast way to get to know someone! As we moved on from ICG, Ron joined Novell who had just purchased Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), the company where I was fortunate to be one of the three founding executives. Hovsepian was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Intralinks, Inc. in December 2011. Previously, Mr. Hovsepian served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novell, Inc., from 2005 to 2011. He joined Novell in 2003 as Executive Vice President and President, Worldwide Field Operations. Prior to his time at Novell, Mr. Hovsepian spent from 2000 to 2003 in venture capital -as a Managing Director with Internet Capital Group and with Bear Stearns Asset Management. He started his career at IBM and served in a number of executive positions over approximately a 16-year period. Mr. Hovsepian has served as a member of the Board of Directors for ANN Inc. since 1998, and currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANN Inc. since 2005. In addition, Mr. Hovsepian has served as a member of the Board of Directors for ANSYS since 2012, and is currently serving as the non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors of ANSYS since November 2014.
