The Channel Company, has named Caitlin Clark-Zigmond, Vice President of Product Management for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), to its prestigious 2016 Women of the Channel list. The women executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation. Clark-Zigmond is responsible for setting the product management direction for CoreDial’s innovative, private-labeled UCaaS services, including the award-winning cloud communications solution, SwitchConnex. Since joining the company in 2015, she has driven several new programs to benefit CoreDial’s partners, from new commissions and an enhanced tiered partner program to a more robust tax automation engine.
