Welcome to the Cloud Communications Alliance webinar series “The European Conversation.” The purpose of these webinars are to put a spotlight on important areas in the European Cloud Communications world. These webinars are being held, free of charge as a public service to the Cloud Communication community.
In 2021 the CCA released our third edition of the Cloud EU Regulatory Guidebook. Members can find the Guidebook in their members’ portal. The 2021 edition was expanded to include all of the EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the UK.
We have asked Access Partnership to present a summary 2021 Guidebook and bring us up to date on what to expect in 2022.
This webinar will help service providers in Europe get in front of those changes.

Ilaria advises on cloud communications policy and regulations to different players in the value chain, helping them access markets around the globe. She monitors and analyses ICT regulatory and licensing frameworks worldwide, and researches policy developments in satellite, terrestrial and cloud communications. At global tech policy consultancy Access Partnership, Ilaria has built an extensive network of relevant stakeholders in the ICT sector. With a Master’s in Law, she specialises in the digital tech policy sector and is able to understand complex regulatory frameworks, anticipate challenges and drive the changes necessary to enable new technologies.
