Redcentric plc, a leading UK IT managed services provider, is pleased to announce the acquisition of  [Piksel Industry Solutions Ltd](https://www.pikselgroup.com/), an exciting acquisition which has been enabled by our strong financial performance. Piksel Industry Solutions is a provider of application, public cloud and security based digital transformation and managed services with a particular focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Peter Brotherton, CEO of Redcentric, commented: ***“This is a great acquisition for Redcentric and combines the secure, asset light, digital transformation capabilities of Piksel with the managed Infrastructure, unified collaboration and network solutions of Redcentric.*** ***The combined portfolio will accelerate the group’s ability to deliver industry leading, transformative solutions to our customers and expands our capabilities in hyperscale public cloud and security”*** This acquisition provides leading-edge skills, capabilities and services which will be available to customers immediately. This will address strong market demand and customer requirements for cloud and digital transformation; considerably expanding our ability to offer and deliver full stack development via a newly created Cloud Services Division.
