Michael joins ULAP with over 20 years of experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, contact center, and collaboration technologies, bringing a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
Michael most recently spent six years at Zoom, where he consistently ranked among top sales performers and played a key role in supporting Zoom’s largest enterprise clients and partners as they focused on growing their business or optimizing their spend. His prior experience includes impactful roles at Five9, Avaya, and other leading SaaS providers, where he helped drive adoption of cloud-based CX and UC solutions across diverse industries including hospitality, retail, and enterprise services.
