Video Guidance hires third regional manager to expand cloud-based initiative in U.S.

Taylor Koonce to oversee southeast U.S. sales BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (October 2014) – Video Guidance, one of the nation’s premier video conferencing companies, has hired its third regional manager in the past six months to oversee the company’s sales initiatives the U.S.  Taylor Koonce has been named southeast regional account manager and will focus on the company’s VG Connect™ cloud-based initiative, based on technology from Acano, a global collaboration company. Video Guidance is the first provider in the country to launch the one-of-a-kind Acano technology as a cloud service, which unites previously incompatible audio, video and web technologies.   Video Guidance is a go-to strategic partner for Acano in the U.S. and is aggressively marketing the services nationwide.  To bolster support for the Acano technology, Video Guidance recently hired two regional managers to serve the mountain west and southwest U.S. [caption id="attachment_59239" align="alignright" width="72"] Taylor Koonce[/caption] Koonce has in-depth sales experience in video and voice collaboration technologies.   He spent 11 years at Cisco/Tandberg as a video specialist and major accounts manager in Research Triangle Park, N.C., serving the enterprise, healthcare, education and government sectors in the southeast U.S. One of Video Guidance’s key initiatives that Koonce will focus on is VG Connect WorkSpace , which highlights Acano’s unique features and functions.  WorkSpace offers easy-to-use, coSpaces “virtual meeting rooms,” allowing face-to-face calls with anyone at any time, using a phone, tablet, computer or video system.
