Conn brings more than ten years of proven success in leading business and customer service operations in emerging and established B2B technology and business service organizations. Conn will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all aspects of WVT Communication Group’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives. Verid was acquired by RSA Securities, a subsidiary of EMC Corporation. In this position, Conn managed the business’s day-to-day operations and support infrastructure. Some of Conn’s key accomplishments include the creation of an efficient and highly successful client services organization that achieved a client retention rate of 97% and generated incremental revenue that constituted 70% of overall revenue, the development of a prospect pilot program that achieved a conversion rate above 95%, and the design and implementation of a billing system to process more than 1 million transactions monthly. Prior executive roles include vice president of operations and support services for Equitrac Corporation, a provider of intelligent print and cost management software solutions, as well as IT roles at Arter & Hadden, LLP and Keesal, Young & Logan - both law firms.
