LONDON, March 4, 2014 – NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for 2014 by The Sunday Times. The annual awards recognise businesses that excel in demonstrating their commitment towards their employees and focus on building positive workplaces. The survey revealed that 84 percent of staff feel stretched and challenged by their job, 94 percent are excited about the vision and execution of the organisation and 87 percent ‘wouldn’t leave tomorrow if they had another job offer’. The judges also highlighted NewVoiceMedia’s excellent employee benefits, along with competitive overall remuneration. Employees are offered share options, making them feel they can make a valuable contribution to the company’s success (93%). The Best Companies ranking closely follows NewVoiceMedia’s double win at the Private Business Awards, where Jonathan Gale achieved ‘CEO of the Year’ and the company was honoured with the ‘Rising Star’ award for the South East region. NewVoiceMedia is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market and has doubled its number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for its technology.
