Peerless Network Announces Closing of Acquisition of Call One Inc.

Call One Inc., a mid-sized telecommunications service provider also headquartered in Chicago. The two companies entered into a definitive agreement on September 6. With the completion of all regulatory approvals, the acquisition is now officially closed. Call One was founded in 1992 with a mission to simplify access to business communication and collaboration technology. The company offers UCaaS, SD-WAN, Internet/Data, Voice, Continuity Services, and Managed Services to thousands of business customers across the U.S. “We are proud to welcome the Call One team to the Peerless Network family, and we are excited that two well-run companies are coming together to form an even stronger company,” commented John Barnicle, President & CEO of Peerless. “Further, the product sets of Peerless and Call One are very complementary.
