Cloud Computing Leader Captures 2019 Technology and Innovation Award GREATER PHILADELPHIA,  PA — March 19, 2019 — The  Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, the region’s pre-eminent Israel business group, has announced its selection of Evolve IP as the recipient of this year’s PICC Technology and Innovation Award, a significant Greater Philadelphia regional honor to be presented on April 3 rd. In recognizing Evolve IP, Philadelphia-Israel Chamber President Neil A. Cooper, said, “If you’re looking for a successful local company, growing in leaps and bounds after partnering with Israel, Evolve IP is it.” Cooper, Executive Partner of the Philadelphia law firm, Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld went on, “Evolve IP is proof positive of the unique and invaluable synergies between our region and Israel.” Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Evolve IP operates in the burgeoning cloud technology space. For over a decade the firm has streamlined both cloud computing and communications services for a broad variety of clients representing some of the most recognizable global brands like Ford, Marriott, and Virgin. Today, the company counts upwards of 420,000 users worldwide. It was two years ago that Evolve IP discovered Israel and made its move. According to Guy Fardone, Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner, “We couldn’t be more pleased with the team in Israel. Not only did they innovate and create a fantastic technology, they continuously collaborate with our global product and development teams to drive and nurture its advancement.” Fardone added, “Today the intellectual property they created is being used by thousands of customer service agents to help companies build lasting brands through world-class customer experiences.” The Israeli team had developed the technical backbone to support “next generation” features for cloud-based Contact (Call) Centers, the people around the world we contact for Technical Support. The Israelis came up with a way to allow for chat, text and other advanced services that make a huge difference in the customer experience when she or he needs technical help. Evolve IP saw an opportunity in that Herzliya brain-trust. The agile, vibrant and imaginative American company would provide the marketing and investment to propel further development. According to Yehuda Reuven, Vice President of Research and Development for Evolve IP Contact Center Solutions in Herzliya, Israel, that business strategy worked. “We increased our efficiencies, our business and our sales success in the global market.” Some of the world’s top analyst firms have lauded the solution noting, “Evolve IP delivers an ideal integrated solution for mid-market and growing businesses, particularly those with expanding international presence,” and “it has a reputation for providing high-touch “white glove” service … and can provide competitively priced, yet fully featured solutions.” Yehuda Reuven added, “Evolve IP is a perfect example of global synergies that can align and thrive, regardless of differences in time, culture and even language.” During a time of tremendous growth, Evolve IP has garnered numerous major industry awards and recognitions, one of them now from the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce.
