Recognized as GTIA Member of the Year at ChannelCon 2026, Lee discusses Rev.io’s AI-native PSA and billing platform, along with the importance of giving back to the channel community.
Rev.io is working to give managed service providers a more complete platform for operating their businesses, combining professional services automation, billing and payments on a native AI foundation.
“This is what a PSA should have been when they first came out,” said Brook Lee of Rev.io, speaking with Technology Reseller News at GTIA ChannelCon 2026. “This is truly a solution that you can use to run your entire MSP business from quote all the way to payments and cash.”
Lee said the platform is intended for everyone working inside an MSP, rather than being limited to technicians and engineers. Rev.io began as a telecommunications billing company and expanded its platform to support ticketing, service delivery, billing and other operational requirements.
During ChannelCon, Lee was also recognized as GTIA Member of the Year. She has helped develop a guide for finding, hiring and retaining women in technology, created a case study aimed at increasing company-wide participation in GTIA and served in several association leadership roles.
“I am extremely passionate about this community,” Lee said. “I hope that why I was voted in was because of the work that I do to give back to the community.”
Lee said the channel’s real value comes from the connections members build and their willingness to help one another solve problems.
“If it’s not me, I know a guy,” Lee said. “Maybe I can’t solve your problem, but you tell me what you’ve got going on, and I can go find somebody to try to help you solve it.”
