“If it’s certified, we know it works on the platform—and we have the relationships in place to help resolve issues.”
In this Technology Reseller News podcast recorded at Alianza Navigate 2026, Korey Kather of Snom discusses the company’s expanding phone portfolio, its work within the Alianza ecosystem and how Snom is helping partners save time with certified products, North American support and advanced replacement warranties.
Snom is a business phone manufacturer with a broad portfolio of DECT and desk phones. Kather says one of the company’s biggest differentiators is its North American sales, engineering and support presence.
Partners can reach Snom directly for pre-sales assistance, deployment help and troubleshooting. The company also offers a three-year advanced replacement warranty, allowing qualified replacements to be shipped before the original device is returned.
At Alianza Navigate, Snom highlighted its M500 Series, including a DECT system that can emulate a traditional key system. Incoming calls can appear on familiar line keys, making the platform particularly useful for restaurants, retail and small-office environments where simplicity and minimal retraining matter.
Snom is also expanding its D800 Series.
The new D892 combines a full-featured desk phone with a DECT handset, giving users the flexibility to move away from the desk while retaining access to their business phone environment.
“It’s a full-functioning desk set, but it gives you more range,” Kather says.
Snom has also worked closely with Alianza to certify its devices across the company’s platforms. Kather says certification helps reduce deployment friction for MSPs and channel partners while giving both Snom and Alianza a foundation for faster support when issues arise.
For partners outside the Alianza ecosystem, Snom products are available through authorized distribution.
Kather says the combination of competitive pricing, a broad product portfolio, strong warranty coverage and accessible North American support gives MSPs another option when building voice solutions for customers.
