ScanSource Announces Intelisys Executive Leadership Additions

Intelisys’ success spurs investment in channel expansion GREENVILLE, SC - February 5, 2020 - ScanSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCSC), a leading global provider of technology products and solutions, today announced additional steps it has taken to further invest in the Intelisys business. New executive leadership appointments allow for the accelerated integration of the business and the expansion of resources to drive continued growth. In support of this, Mark Morgan has been appointed President, and Paul Constantine has been named Executive Vice President of Supplier Services. Mike Ketchum, Senior Vice President, Finance, will take on the additional role of managing operations that support Intelisys sales partners and will serve as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. Mark Morgan, Paul Constantine and Mike Ketchum will report to John Eldh, Chief Revenue Officer for ScanSource, Inc. “We remain committed to adding more resources as we move forward to the next phase of growth for Intelisys and our partners,” said Mike Baur, Chairman and CEO, ScanSource, Inc. “Jay Bradley and Carol Beering will take on a new advisory role, bringing their full focus and knowledge of the business as they assist in the continued strategic planning for Intelisys.” Bradley and Beering will report to Mike Baur. Added Bradley, “Being the President of Intelisys has been a great ride. I’ve been fortunate to work with a wonderful team and the best sales partners in the industry. Since the acquisition by ScanSource, we have seen great growth among our partners and an industry that continues to show unbounded opportunity. As we continue to integrate the ScanSource and Intelisys businesses, Carol and I are happy to pass the baton to Mark, Paul and Mike, all of whom are incredibly passionate about helping our partners succeed and will be instrumental to Intelisys’ next phase of growth.” Mark Morgan most recently served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy, where he was charged
with leading and implementing corporate growth and recurring revenue initiatives. He
played a critical role in identifying and advising on the Intelisys and intY SaaS platform acquisitions. Since then, he has been actively involved in the continued integration of these businesses, while also developing key business strategies to drive ScanSource’s recurring revenue growth. In his role as President, Mr. Morgan will lead the Sales and Marketing functions and enhance collaboration across North America businesses. Mr. Morgan joined ScanSource in 2002 and has served in executive sales and operations roles during that time. Paul Constantine joins the Intelisys team as Executive Vice President, Supplier Services, where he will manage the company’s deep portfolio of cloud and technology services providers. This newly created role underscores the Company’s commitment to cultivating and growing its digital distribution portfolio. Mr. Constantine has been with ScanSource since 1999. Most recently, he has been serving as President, EMEA, and has been instrumental in supporting the development of the digital distribution business in Europe. During his time at ScanSource, Mr. Constantine has served in executive leadership roles, including as Co-President, Worldwide Barcode, Networking and Security, and as President of ScanSource POS and Barcode, helping to drive the strategy and execution of the businesses, while uncovering
and developing profitable new opportunities for the Company. Mike Ketchum has been with Intelisys since 2007, leading the financial management and accounting functions of the business. Mr. Ketchum is also responsible for overseeing the business’ commissions tools and processes, a critical component of the Intelisys business. In his expanded role, he will take on operational responsibilities.
