Session Routing as a Service, Netaxis Session Routing Engine (SRE) simplifies, secures, and opens new doors to creative ideas, Podcast

“It’s the routing engine of the modern world,” says Tref Davies, Managing Director of Netaxis Solutions. In this podcast, Davies discusses the Netaxis Session Routing Engine and the world of Session Routing as a Service. We learn how over the years, Netaxis has journeyed from being an integrator to being what Davies describes as a “telco software developer”. We learn about Session Routing as a Service, Session Routing Engine (SRE) and we hear Davies discuss how he feels that this approach is an improvement on several fronts, including time and security. SRE also opens new doors for the developer community.

SRE is a centralized, carrier-grade and multi-protocol routing platform for both voice and non-voice sessions. Carriers, telcos, MSPs, channels, developers and the enterprise are all better served by SRE. For the channel, there are white label opportunities and new ways to sell a service that brings improvements right down to the end user. “We see the whole world moving into the cloud,” says Davies. SRE is one of the ways Netaxis is helping their clients make that migration.
