ShoreTel Sky currently ranks first in UCaaS private cloud market share worldwide, a position that it has held for 11 consecutive quarters (Q1 2010 – Q3 2012). The new office houses approximately 93 current employees and accommodates the company’s plans for growth, which includes hiring more than 20 new employees in the New York City area over the next several months.
