Cerdanyola del Vallés - November 30, 2020 - VozTelecom (www.voztele.com) has taken one more step to continue innovating in the cloud communications market in Spain, offering companies the integration of their corporate telephony in Microsoft's Teams app. In this way, the users of the application will be able to attend and make calls to landlines and mobiles with clients and collaborators directly in the Microsoft application, in the same way that now they can do it from a telephone of the switchboard or mobile line of the company. Teams is Microsoft's communications and collaboration application available to Office 365 users. Its use has become popular since the beginning of the pandemic as a video conferencing and teleworking tool, with 1 in 3 Office 365 users in Spain already uses Teams in its day to day to share documents, carry out video conferences or chats. Globally, Teams users have gone from 75 million last April to 115 million, Microsoft recently announced. Without this integration, Teams users can only make internal voice calls with other company users who use the application, without the possibility of establishing calls to the telephone network. With the VozTelecom service for Teams, these voice calls can be made from Teams to any landline or mobile, as well as to any extension of the company's telephone exchange, as well as receiving external calls in the same application. THREE MODALITIES FOR INTEGRATION WITH MS TEAMS To adapt to the different needs of companies, VozTelecom offers three modes of integration with Microsoft Teams. The first option, called 'direct routing', consists of enabling calls to the telephone network in the Teams application, without integration with the corporate telephone switchboard, having a line and fixed number associated with each user with which you can send and receive calls.
