WVT Communications Group Appoints New Chief Administrative Officer

Company Prepares for Continued Growth by Adding Experienced Chief Administrator to Senior Leadership Team  Warwick Valley Telephone Company, referred to as WVT Communications Group, the parent company of leading cloud communications pioneers, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Brown as Chief Administrative Officer. With over 20 years of experience, Brown replaces Pat Welsh, who – after a period of special assignment duties – is retiring. Brown will report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for all corporate administrative functions, including corporate secretary and investor/shareholder relations; all facets of human resources; corporate logistics and corporate planning; and, systems and infrastructure.
