Additionally, the firm was recognized as a recommended firm in both Colorado and Nevada.
Ajemian “brings a distinctive edge, pairing legal expertise with hands-on experience as a musician. His practice centers on copyright protection, licensing and disputes in the music and entertainment space, where he understands not just the law, but how content is created and commercialized. Francis “adds litigation firepower, with a practice that spans enforcement, defense and strategic counseling. Rodrigues “brings pace and precision as co-chair of the IP group, advising on global portfolios, enforcement and complex rights issues across copyright and beyond. She is a go-to for brands operating in fast-moving spaces, helping them stay protected while extracting maximum value from their creative assets,” the guide notes.
