Zoom enhances data localization capabilities for European Zoom Contact Center customers

Zoom Contact Center customers in the EEA now have the ability to store data locally in Zoom’s existing EU data center, designed to meet their needs of data storage and in transit

March 20, 2024 - Zoom has announced the expansion of its existing EU data center region that allows Europe-based Contact Center customers to localize personal data Zoom processes to deliver the services*. This release continues to mature Zoom’s capabilities to support customer expectations and compliance with data requirements, particularly in sectors such as government, healthcare, and financial services.
