Introducing a Perfect SIP Business Telephone System for Cloud Telephony Service

Brekeke and VTech Confirm Interoperability Between Brekeke PBX and VTech ErisTerminal SIP Phones and ErisStation
SAN MATEO, CA - July 21, 2016 - VTech Communications, Inc., a global leader and manufacturer of SIP-based phones, and Brekeke Software, developer of SIP telephony software for enterprises and service providers, announced today that VTech SIP-based ErisTerminal® business and ErisStation® conference phones are now compatible with Brekeke PBX. With this announcement, service providers and users using Brekeke PBX will benefit from having high-quality and affordable SIP phones equipped with all the latest and essential features for a business phone system. Brekeke PBX is known for its reliability, scalability, and adoption of cutting-edge technology. Brekeke PBX comes in two editions: the Single-Tenant Edition is a CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) type of IP-PBX, and the Multi-Tenant Edition is a hosted PBX platform. The phone system built with Brekeke can grow as business grows and always enjoys the latest technology available to the current market. The latest version of Brekeke PBX supports WebRTC that allows audio and media communications via a web browser, and SDN/OpenFlow support that allows dynamic and smart management of telephony networks. Brekeke PBX comes with an abundant list of PBX features, ranging from popular office phone features like BLF (Busy Lamp Field), SCA (Shared Call Appearance), Call Recording, and Call Conference to call center features like Call Queue and Call Monitoring, which are all confirmed with VTech's Eris series. "We've worked with many SIP phone devices, and I found that VTech phones are one of the very best SIP phones that offer high-quality manufacturing and technology in affordable pricing. It is also nice that they are providing wireless options as well as a desktop version," said Shin Yamade, CEO of Brekeke Software. "VTech phones will be popular for business office use but also will be a perfect device for cloud-hosted services that focus on businesses," added Yamade. VTech ErisTerminal SIP phones, available in feature-rich desktop as well as convenient cordless models, leverage different cloud, hosted, and telephony solutions without negatively impacting network traffic. Among the options for desktop models are the VSP725 and the VSP735, which offer high-quality audio and support for multiple lines. The cordless handset option, the VSP601, shares the same HD audio and support for multiple lines as the desktop models, with added mobility. Because they all use DECT 6.0 technology, these products provide a clear connection and are easily expandable with additional cordless accessories. The system can be expanded up to an unlimited number of desktop phones, and up to six cordless handsets for each VSP600 cordless base station. This means users can leave their desk and enjoy DECT 6.0 sound quality and reception on a cordless handset. The corded phone models also feature power over Ethernet (PoE) with dual Ethernet ports. Using this technology, employees at a business such as an auto dealership, manufacturing facility, or retail store could place base phones throughout the facility and easily move up to 150 feet away using a cordless handset. "We are excited to partner with Brekeke to bring more SIP options to service providers and end users. Brekeke's IP-PBX solutions, combined with VTech's SIP phones, add flexibility and increase productivity in the workplace," said Graham Williams, vice president, Business Phones Division, VTech Communications.
