Masergy’s WebRTC Receives 2016 Internet Telephony Product of the Year Award

Easy-to-Install Solution Enhances Customer Service Experience With Seamless Mobile Device Communications

DALLAS, TX–(Marketwired – Feb 10, 2016) – Masergy Communications Inc., today announced TMC has named its WebRTC Suite as a recipient of a 2016 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award. Both Masergy’s Visual Automated Attendant (VAA) and Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) solutions were highlighted for using the WebRTC standard to innovate real-time voice and video communications for improved worker productivity and enhanced customer experience.
