(“Alteva”) effective December 21, 2015. “We are excited to invest in and grow upon Alteva’s success and significantly expand the presence of Momentum Telecom in the Northeast. The new combined company will have over 400 employees. The merger will expand Momentum’s offering to include Microsoft Lync, integration with multiple CRM applications such as SalesForce.com and Microsoft Dynamics, Interactive Voice Response, SMS messaging, and customized MPLS integration. Momentum’s breadth of service will expand to over 350,000 users spanning 14 countries and deep experience in several leading vertical markets including healthcare, legal, financial services and retail as well as integration with inContact’s industry-leading contact center solution.
