RedSky Horizon® Prime has been developed specifically for higher education, military, and specialized industrial entities that have first responders within their physical boundaries but do not act as the primary 9-1-1 PSAP for Enterprise 9-1-1 calls.
RedSky Horizon® Prime allows the end customer to draw geographical boundaries around their areas of responsibility and specify the destination for the call if it emanates from inside or outside the boundary. This allows very specific response profiles to be set and eliminates emergency call hand-offs that can be costly in terms of time or human error.
