Almere, The Netherlands, 12 May 2016 – The international software company Summa has announced the acquisition of the UC division of Anoxtech with its offices in Naarden (the Netherlands) and Belgrade (Serbia). With this acquisition Summa aims to increase its investment in innovation for its leading edge communications solutions and expanding its development labs to better suit the market demand.

The cooperation between Summa and Anoxtech started about five years ago, when Anoxtech was looking for a VoIP partner to integrate their UC software. Thanks to this acquisition, Summa receives a big injection of engineering talent, mobile expertise and international commercial expansion. It also extends its development labs to Belgrade, where it will inaugurate its new premises on May 18, 2016. Summa shows its commitment to further invest in talented people by launching its brand for the first time in Serbia at the IT recruitment fair ITkonekt on May 20 and 21, 2016, in Belgrade.
