Evolve IP Nears Completion of Cisco BroadCloud Calling Certification

Delivery of Cisco Webex™ Calling and Meetings solutions and Cisco Open SIP MPP Phones Planned for Q2 of 2019; Accreditation Provides Company with Deeper Access into Cisco's Ecosystem of Cloud and Hosted Clients WAYNE, Pa.April 8, 2019 --  Evolve IP ®, The Cloud Strategy Company™, today announced that it will be one of the earliest Cisco partners to be certified to deliver Broadcloud Calling under the Cisco Collaboration Flex program. When completed, the certification will enable the company to further expand its Cisco service offerings and leverage the significant market share created by Cisco's purchasing of Broadsoft; which provides the underlying Enterprise voice features of Evolve IP's UC platform. Using the Cisco BroadCloud Platform, Evolve IP will design and deploy Cisco communications software for clients needing a highly-customized cloud migration strategy that fits their business goals.

Evolve IP began the BroadCloud Calling certification process in the winter of 2018 and expects its certification to be completed in early 2Q of 2019. Leveraging the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan, Evolve IP will enable clients to purchase Cisco's meeting, collaboration, voice-calling, and Cisco MPP business phones in the way that makes the most sense for their business. Businesses can mix and match Cisco and Evolve IP solutions to tailor their deployment and grow at their own pace.

The Evolve IP's offer under the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan includes:
  • Full unified communications services including rich meetings, messaging, and calling capabilities.
  • Enhanced team collaboration with Cisco Webex Teams integrated into the calling option.
  • Cisco's next generation 6800, 7800, and 8800 series open SIP Multi-Platform Phones (MPP), providing handset users with the latest features and crystal clear audio and video calling.
  • Purchasing bundles of collaboration applications, devices, and network services in one easy-to-order package.
"As indicated by Gartner's recent changes to the UCaaS and CCaaS Magic Quadrants, businesses are quickly moving away from on-premises communications solutions and migrating to the cloud. However, for midsized and larger organizations the change isn't simple; hardware, licensing, user adoption and a variety of other factors are limiting these organizations," said  Scott Kinka, Chief Technology Officer and Founding Partner of Evolve IP. "Cisco Flex is an ideal way to help these firms take advantage of Cisco's new productivity and communications services, regardless of their current infrastructure and plans, and we are extremely excited to help businesses develop a flexible migration strategy that is customized just for their business." One of the world's fastest growing cloud strategy companies, today Evolve IP provides best-of-breed cloud solutions to more than 1,900 enterprises and over 420,000 users. Many of the world's most recognizable brands rely on the company's Evolve IP OneCloud™ strategy to migrate multiple integrated cloud computing and cloud communications services onto a single, unified platform including:  contact centersIP phone systems /  unified communications and collaborationvirtual desktopsidentity managementdisaster recoveryIaaS, and more.
