Hold-Free Networks Wins Best-of-Show at ITEXPO West

Q-Free Service Named Best Contact Center Solution
AUSTIN, TX–(Marketwire – Oct 11, 2012) – Hold-Free Networks, the leading provider of cloud-based queuing solutions, has been awarded Best-of-Show at ITEXPO West in Austin, Texas.
Hold-Free took home the honor of Best Contact Center Solution for its patented Q-Free solution, an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) that eliminates the need for consumers to wait on hold for customer support.
Hold-Free Networks joins AudioCodes and Inventive Labs as the only companies among the hundreds exhibiting to collect the coveted prize at both ITEXPO West and ITEXPO East in 2012.

Judging is conducted by editors from TMC, a global integrated media company that serves as a leading source for news and articles for the communications and technology industries.
The judges deemed Q-Free worthy of the award based on the service’s ability to improve customer experience without requiring a capital investment or significant systems integration. Q-Free is equipped with business rules which determine in real-time when to offer a callback, sophisticated algorithms for network-based queuing, and a flexible reporting package.
