Updated monitoring and maintenance tools further differentiate Momentum as industry leader BIRMINGHAM, AL – August 22, 2016– Momentum Telecom, a premier provider of Business Voice, Broadband Management and Unified Communications solutions, will be demonstrating their best-in-class solutions at booth 1900 during SCTE’s Cable-Tec Expo. The show will take place from September 26th-29th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. During the expo, Momentum will be demonstrating the enhanced feature set of their Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) tool, which is a fully integrated add-on to their BBX Broadband Management platform. The 24/7 monitoring tool is designed to help companies track network health, pinpoint faults, develop better reliability and reduce truck rolls. “Our new PNM features will further enable operators to grow their businesses by becoming more efficient at managing and building networks. We’re very excited to share these updates with our customers and SCTE attendees” said Scott Helms, Senior Vice President of Advanced Services at Momentum Telecom. In addition to PNM, visitors to Momentum’s booth will also be able to see demonstrations of Momentum’s newly released BBX WiFi capabilities. BBX WiFi enables operators to view data points to diagnose slow speeds and easily complete tasks such as password resets and security profile updates. “BBX WiFi will allow operators to more tightly manage and monitor their WiFi devices, which will reduce the time customers spend on the phone with support for simple tasks such as updating passwords.  This will not only increase productivity and efficiency for the operators, but also improve overall customer satisfaction,” said Tara Kelley, Vice President of Customer Experience at Momentum Telecom. SCTE Cable-Tec Expo is an annual event that brings together over 10,000 attendees, companies and thought leaders with the goal of learning, teaching and growing as an industry.
