Dstny accelerates expansion plans with refinancing

Brussels/Zaventem - June 5, 2023 - Dstny, a leading provider of corporate communications in Europe, has refinanced its existing loans and secured additional financing for expansion. With support from the private equity company and the shareholder Seven2, they strengthen their financial resources. This enables Dstny to consolidate its technical expertise and expand its presence across Europe.

– Dstny, a leading provider of corporate communications in Europe, announces that it has refinanced its existing loans while securing the corresponding amount for further expansion.

Paris-based private equity firm Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners), which stepped in as an investor at the end of 2019, reaffirms its confidence in the company. Two leading private credit funds are providing the financing, giving Dstny strong financial resources to continue expanding its business.

Dstny Group has built a strong technical framework and unique technology development capabilities over the past few years, transforming the company from a telecom company to a broader technology developer and supplier. Dstny's ambition in the coming years is to anchor this technology at the European level and further strengthen its pan-European presence.

"We are extremely proud that as an ambitious and innovative company we have once again gained the trust of our existing lenders, especially considering the prevailing market conditions and interest costs. The fact that we were also able to secure additional financing in addition to our existing loan refinancing gives us a strong boost for new acquisitions. We look forward with great enthusiasm to continuing to deliver on our international growth with the entire Seven2 team and further strengthen our leading position as a European provider of cloud-based business communication solutions," said Daan De Wever, co-founder and CEO of Dstny Group.
