Reflecting Growth, Telesphere Moves to Larger Denver Offices

DENVER, Feb. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Telesphere announced today that it has moved one of its regional headquarters to larger offices in the Denver Technology Center. The move accommodates continued aggressive growth in the number of customers Telesphere serves in Denver and nationally. Telesphere, the leader in Unified Cloud Communications as a Service (UCaaS), moved its location about nine miles south along the Interstate 25 corridor to the DTC. The new offices provide nearly double the space of Telesphere's former offices. Yielding a business communications experience far richer than voice, Unified Communications integrates a wide range of real-time communication services such as IP voice telephony, instant messaging, presence, video conferencing and data sharing – including electronic whiteboards – with non-real-time services such as voicemail, email, text and fax. Because of the complexity entailed in building and managing their own systems in-house, more and more companies are choosing to rely on providers like Telesphere that offer Unified Communications as an end-to-end service in a cloud, or hosted, environment. Telesphere's General Manager for Denver, Derek Sandhoff, said the company is working with the City and County of Denver to obtain " Certifiably Green Denver" status. The new Telesphere office is within walking distance to the Dry Creek station on the Regional Transportation District's (RTD) light rail lines, allowing employees and visiting clients to use public transportation during their workday commutes. The larger space includes an expanded customer care department and an enhanced Network Operations Center from which Telesphere's customer service engineers manage the flow of voice and data traffic and customer services over the company's nationwide, private, all-IP communications network. The Denver NOC is a critical asset in Telesphere's operations because it serves as a parallel network operations center to the company's NOC in the Phoenix area. The new offices also include fully-functioning presentation rooms where Telesphere experts can demonstrate the company's UCaaS capabilities to existing and prospective customers looking to increase their businesses' productivity and efficiencies. Telesphere arranged relocation of its Denver office to DTC through the Denver-area office of  CB Richard Ellis, one of the world's largest commercial real estate services firms. Inc. Magazine's  2011 list of America's fastest-growing companies ranked Telesphere first among large providers of cloud communications services and  No. 965 overall.
