The AI First Initiative Town Hall Series

"AI-first" means prioritizing artificial intelligence as the core foundation for a company's products, services, and overall strategy, rather than using AI as a mere add-on or afterthought. It involves integrating AI into the very fabric of the business, from decision-making to customer interactions, to drive innovation and create value.

The CCA community has been very active in promoting AI-based solutions for our end users, but this initiative will look across organizations to see how companies have used AI to build and maintain networks, develop marketing content and pricing programs, validate contracts and billing, hire and develop employees, etc. The belief is that companies that adopt an AI First approach will lead the market, be more competitive and be more valuable.

We are asking members to join in and share, in a few minutes, how they have used AI within their organizations, what has worked, and what has been challenging. This sharing style takes us all back to the early days of the CCA.
