CLOUD CASH Offers Prem Pay for Cloud Deals, NEC Podcast

Industry's First Cloud Service Sales Model That Pays Lump Sums

“Our partners can now choose, at the point of sale, whether they want to get paid up front for that deal or whether they want to continue on a monthly recuring model, where they will see their payments each month,” says Al Kelley Vice President of Channel Sales for the Americas for NEC Corporation of America. NEC Corporation of America (NEC) has launched NEC UNIVERGE BLUE® CLOUD CASH, a program that offers NEC UNIVERGE BLUE® cloud communications channel partners the option to get paid upfront on the full-term of the agreement.

In this podcast, we learn how NEC’s Cloud Cash program offers the partners the option of getting paid upfront, even while selling a platform that includes both products and ongoing services, deployed together in as-a-service model. Kelly tells us that NEC partners now actually have three different ways to choose from to be paid, and that with Cloud Cash, partners do not lose out on promotions and spiffs that NEC might be offering at the time. “One of the benefits of doing business with NEC is choice,” says Kelly, adding, “It’s also the solutions we sell…” pointing out NEC’s scalable and secure approach to hybrid working and other current business needs.
