CoreDial CEO Alan Rihm to Participate in Panel Discussion at Cloud Comms Summit Europe on March 18

UCaaS leader will share his experiences serving the needs of U.S. managed service providers at this virtual event

The virtual session, “Learnings from Serving the U.S. Market,” will begin at 11:20 a.m. EST. The panel will cover topics such as the impact of COVID on the American marketplace, UCaaS and CCaaS trends, nuances between U.S. and European markets, and the relevance of global partners. The Cloud Comms Summit is one of the largest business communications events in Europe, bringing together industry thought-leaders and market pioneers to examine the trends that drive cloud communications. Alan Rihm is a member of the Cloud Communications Alliance’s (CCA) board of directors, which oversees Cloud Comms Summit events. The Summit is hosted by the Cavell Group, which provides analysis, education, and engineering services for cloud communications and networking companies. Matthew Townend, Cavell’s executive director and chief analyst, will be moderating much of the program.
