Zoom Unveils New Zoom Up Service Provider Program to Accelerate Partner Growth

Zoom has launched the Service Provider Program, the latest enhancement to the Zoom Up Partner Program. It is designed to empower qualifying service providers — also known in the industry as carriers, telcos, or managed service providers — to deliver world-class, custom unified communications solutions. By leveraging Zoom’s robust platform, service providers can offer scalable, secure, and AI-first communication tools to businesses worldwide.
“Service provider partners will be a key component to the growth of Zoom given their rich history of keeping customers connected,” said Nick Tidd, head of global channel GTM at Zoom. “This new chapter in our partner strategy creates a strong foundation for long-term, scalable partnerships with service providers. At Zoom, we are constantly focused on delivering new avenues for our partners to grow alongside us and this was the next obvious phase in the evolution of our program.”
To participate in the Service Provider Program, partners must meet the following criteria:
- Be a recognized carrier in their country
- Provide cloud peering for PSTN
- Complete the Sales Competency and the Zoom Up Services Support Certification for Zoom Workplace and Zoom Phone
- Commit to a specific volume of customer licenses
This new offering reflects Zoom’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its partner ecosystem, supporting joint success, and empowering customers to be more productive.
Most recently, Bell Canada was announced as one of Zoom’s initial partners qualifying for this program. Workplace from Bell Canada and Zoom will complement existing Bell Canada services, offering a comprehensive and user-friendly experience with a cutting-edge collaboration platform designed to boost productivity and collaboration.
