Countdown begins for Cloud Communications Alliance Conference

The world’s most technologically revolutionary communications association, the CCA, is counting down to its annual conference. This year, the CCA will meet at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, from Monday March 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM  to Tuesday March 27, 2012 at 4:00 PM. Our conference will provide attendees with a wealth of information from learning about hot market trends, technologies, industry economics and access to capital.

Rick KnightPeerless Network Founder, SVP Sales & Marketing will provide a company overview and discuss our wholesale voices offerings specifically for Enhanced Service Providers- services include IP Control (DID Service), LD Termination and 8YY Termination.
Leslie Ferry, Broadsoft Vice President of Marketing will spend some time with us to update us on the latest Broadsoft news.  This is a great opportunity to interface with Broadsoft’s executive team on a very intimate level.

Matthew J. Piacitelli, Managing Director Communications Services Investment Banking at Raymond James & Associates will discuss what type of companies are receiving financing from the capital markets, what those terms are, and postulate on what these transaction imply about the market view of companies like those in the CCA.
Andy Lustig and Mike Lincoln Partners at Cooley, LLP will speak about the Merger and Acquisition space.  The M&A experiences they share with our group will give you a better understanding of what needs to be done if you plan to “play” in the M&A world.

 Law and Policy

Glenn Richards, Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman will report of legal and regulatory issues facing our industry on behalf of the CCA Regulatory.  Glenn is a knowledgeable and exciting speaker who creates an interactive and fun session, every time.

  • If you already booked a room at Caesar’s Palace for Channel Partners, you can probably add on a day or two on the front end for the CCA meeting at the same low group rate you already received.  If you have not booked a room for Channel Partners, you can find rooms at Caesar’s Palace at for as low as $177.00 per night.
