Softphones have helped us communicate over the past 20 years, initially across desktop computers and mobiles but in 2021, that demand has dramatically increased.
Softphones became the “face of the service” for service providers, unlocking a direct connection to their customers. They fit specific workflows with specific uses cases that traditional phones can’t help including onboarding, account management, discovering and purchasing new services, and interaction with customer support.
