Andrew Belshaw, CEO of Gamma, said: “We had another solid year with double-digit adjusted EBITDA growth, generating almost £100 million in cash from operations. The popularity of telephony integration in Microsoft Teams has fueled the expansion of our direct selling and distribution channel businesses in the UK, with revenue growing by 10% respectively. Cloud user growth in the UK has been satisfactory, with 75,000 new users, and our European business has also performed well, increasing the number of cloud users by 28% despite the difficulties presented by the European market. Gamma remains well positioned to deal with any adverse macroeconomic environment that may occur. We have a suite of products that are critical to our customers and telephony services have proven resilient during periods of economic stress. We have a high degree of recurring revenue and expect to continue to generate cash on a solid basis. The good health of our balance sheet will allow us to continue to invest in the business, as well as support organic growth with acquisitions.”
VOZTELECOM AND ITS GROWTH IN THE SPANISH MARKET
According to Xavier Casajoana, CEO of VozTelecom, “in 2022 we have continued to expand our partner channel and increase sales volume, especially of the new omnichannel contact center services and the integration of the PBX in the cloud with Microsoft Teams. Another important milestone of this last year has been the incorporation of Neotel2000 to the group, a human team specialized in call center solutions in the cloud, which places the Gamma group in Spain as the main operator ‘UCaaS’ after traditional network operators, and with the best offer of cloud communications solutions for small and medium enterprises. as well as for the distribution channel, in a growing market that is expected to double in size in the next five years.”
VOZTELECOM WILL ADOPT THE GAMMA BRAND IN SPAIN
After more than twenty years under the umbrella of the VOZTELECOM and OIGAA brand in the market, the company will adopt the Gamma® brand in its operations in Spain this coming April. The objective is to align the strategy in Spain with the rest of the group in Europe, after its adoption in Germany and the Netherlands last year. “This transition to the Gamma® brand will allow us to expand and enhance our service offering and develop greater brand positioning in Europe, to the benefit of our customers and channel partners. With this change we will reinforce technological innovation, excellence in service and commitment to customer satisfaction and our partners, so we change brands but not the values that VozTelecom has developed to date, “said Casajoana.
