NEC Announces General Availability of the All-New UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT and ENGAGE in U.S. Markets

Release of cloud-based UC and Contact Center solution comes just four weeks after partnership announced with Intermedia

IRVING, TX––NEC Corporation of America (NEC), a leading provider and integrator of advanced IT, communications, networking and biometric solutions, is announcing the general availability of NEC UNIVERGE BLUE® CONNECT, a fully integrated and born-in-the-cloud UCaaS solution, and NEC UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE, a CCaaS solution for businesses of all sizes.

The general availability for NEC’s new generation of UNIVERGE BLUE cloud communications solutions arrives just four weeks after announcing a global strategic partnership with Intermedia, a leading provider of cloud-based communications solutions. The launch of UNIVERGE BLUE CONNECT and ENGAGE represent NEC’s rapid global expansion into cloud-based communications and collaboration services.
